How to issue a receipt:
You may issue a receipt from your account page. For a guest purchase, create an account using the email address you used for the purchase and then download a receipt from your account page. Your purchase history will be linked to the account page.
After making the payment using the KOMOJU payment service, issue a receipt by pressing the [Receipt] button on the store page, or the [Receipt] button under purchase history on your account page.

* Receipts are issued in a format that is compatible with the "invoice" system in Japan.

Although you can register an account using a mobile carrier (e.g., docomo, au, SoftBank) email address, because such addresses tend to have strong security settings, our email may be filtered to the junk mailbox or might not be delivered. For the reason, we recommend registering an account using an email address that you can check from a your PC (such as a free email service).

Step 1 – Choose a product
Click "Add to cart" to add the desired product to your shopping cart.

Step 2 – Check product and quantity to purchase
Click "View cart" on the "Added to cart" message or click the cart icon to view items added to your shopping cart. After checking the products and quantities to purchase, click the "Check out" button.

Step 3 – Enter customer information
Enter your information and then click "Proceed to payment."
* Note: Be sure to enter your email address accurately. You may not be able to receive notice of payment if your email address is incorrect.

Step 4 – Choose payment method
Please choose your preferred payment method. After choosing a payment method, the details will be displayed. Please enter the required information and click "Complete payment."

Launch your product using the steps below.

(i) Launch Steam
(ii) Choose Game → Steam to activate the item.
(iii) Choose [Next]
(iv) Check the Steam terms of use and choose [Agree].
(v) On the Product Activation screen, enter the ”Steam key” shown on your account page and then choose [Next].
(vi) Follow the instructions on screen to complete downloading and installing the game.

This product has a product code for use on GOG.com. A GOG account is required to use it. Activate your product using the steps below.

As this product has a product code for GOG.com, a GOG account is required to access it. Please follow the steps below to access the product your purchased:

* You must install the GOG Galaxy client to use it. If you do not have the client installed, you can access the product via web browser.
(i) Access GOG.com and log in to your GOG account. If you do not have an account, choose "Create account" to create one.
(ii) After logging in, click the user icon (or menu) in on the top right of the page and choose "Redeem Code," or access gog.com/redeem directly.
(iii) On the form displayed, enter your GOG product code and then click [Continue].
(iv) The game title will be displayed if you entered the correct code. Check your details and then click [Continue] → [Redeem] to complete activation.
(v) When activation is complete, open "Games" on GOG to make sure that the game was added to the list.
(vi) To download/install a game, access a GOG Galaxy (GOG's official client) account as needed and then choose and install the game from "Owned games" after launch.

Steam key use (details)

When you purchase a Steam-compatible product from us, a product in the form of a Steam key will be available for viewing on Account Page. To use the game, you will need to register it on Steam using this Steam key. Register on Steam through the following steps. * Note: A Steam account is needed to use a Steam key.


To create an account, open this link and choose [Join Steam]. Enter the required information and check the box to agree to the terms of use, and then click [Create Account]. Steam will send an email to the email address you entered. Click the link in the email to complete creating your Steam account.

Step 1 Launch Steam
Step 2 Click [Game] → [Activate item in Steam].
Step 3 Click [Next] on the page showing that the product has been activated.
Step 4 Check the Steam terms of use and click [Agree].
Step 5 Enter the Steam key you received by email in the product code entry field and then click [Next].
Step 6 Follow the instructions on screen to complete downloading and installing the game.

GOG key use (details)

When you purchase a GOG-compatible product from us, a product in the form of a GOG key will be available for viewing on Account Page. To access the game, you will need to register on GOG using the GOG key. Register on GOG through the following steps. * Note: A GOG account is needed to use a GOG key.


First, access GOG.com and click "Create account" if you do not already have one. Enter your email address and other required information and agree with the terms of use to create an account.


[Using a Web browser]
Step 1 Access GOG.com and log in to your GOG account.
Step 2 Move the cursor to the user icon in the upper center of the page and click "Redeem Code," or access gog.com/redeem directly.
Step 3 On the form displayed, enter your GOG product code accurately and then click "Continue."
Step 4 The game title will be displayed if you entered the correct code. Check your details and then click "Continue" or "Redeem" to complete activation.
Step 5 When activation is complete, open "Games" in GOG to make sure that the game was added.

[Using the GOG Galaxy client]
Step 1 Download and install GOG Galaxy, launch it, and log in to your GOG account.
Step 2 Click “+ Add games & friends” in the upper right, and then choose "Redeem GOG code."
Step 3 On the form displayed, enter your "GOG product code" and then click "Continue."
Step 4 If the code was redeemed successfully, the game will be added to "Games" automatically. After this, you can download and install it from "Games" in GOG Galaxy.

How to use the coupon codes

To use a Store-issued coupon, enter the coupon code on the payment page (checkout) when purchasing a product.
Enter it into the "Enter coupon code/discount code" field on the shopping cart or checkout page.
The discount will be applied automatically if the conditions are satisfied.

The Store issues the following two types of coupons.

Common coupons (for all users): Common coupons distributed publicly or through special promotional campaigns.
Unique coupons (individual codes): One-time codes issued to individual users as special benefits through promotional campaigns for responding to surveys or for other reasons.

Coupons have expiration dates. You can check the expiration dates and other details of your coupons on your account management page. As expired coupons may not be used, be sure to use them before they expire.

・ You may use only one coupon type per order (multiple types of coupons may not be used together).
・ Coupons with specific distribution conditions may not be used for ineligible products.
・ The discount may be recalculated if you change products after applying a coupon.
・ You cannot apply or change a coupon after finalizing the order.
・ Specific terms of use (e.g., minimum purchase amount, eligible products, eligible regions) may apply to individual coupons.
・ Discounts may vary slightly depending on the currency shown. Check the actual discount amount on the payment page.
・ Unique coupons may not be obtained improperly, transferred, resold, or duplicated. If improper use has been detected, measures may be taken such as cancellation of the order.
・ Unique coupons are not eligible for reissue, in principle.

How to check the order details after purchase

After completing your purchase, you can check the content of the order in the purchase confirmation email or on your My Account page (order history).

Option 1: Via the purchase confirmation email
A purchase confirmation email will be sent automatically to the email address you entered during the purchase. This email includes information, such as the product name and price.

Option 2: Via My Account page

3. Open "Order History"
4. Click the order number to view its details (products, prices, etc.)

The email might not be received because of your email client configuration. Check your junk folder and junk mail settings.
